CORPORATE & SPECIAL EVENTS | RALEIGH · CHARLOTTE · NATIONWIDE

BUILT AROUNDYOUR GROUP

No two events we run look the same. Tell us the headcount, the space, and what you're trying to get out of the day — we'll design the format, bring everything, and run the whole thing.

The Approach

WE DON'T SELL PACKAGES. WE DESIGN EVENTS.

Most event vendors hand you a menu and hope one line fits. We start from the other end: how many people, how long do you have them, what does the space look like, and what would make the day feel like a win to the person who booked it.

From there we build the run-of-show — which sports, which formats, how the brackets flow, when the leaderboard resets, where your branding lives. A 40-person leadership offsite and a 400-person family day get genuinely different builds, not the same setup with a different invoice.

Then we handle every piece of it. We arrive early, build it, run it, and break it down. Your job on the day is to show up and enjoy watching it work.

What We Bring

TWO SPORTS. TWO PROS. ZERO LOGISTICS.

PICKLEBALL

A regulation court, professional-grade equipment, and a certified pickleball pro who runs the whole thing. From total first-timers to people who already own three paddles, everyone gets a format built around them.

  • TOURNAMENT
  • CLINIC
  • TEAM CHALLENGE
  • KING OF THE COURT

GOLF SIMULATOR

A full golf simulator and a World Long Drive Pro who can crush a ball 400 yards and then teach your group how to swing. Competition, instruction, and a leaderboard people will fight over.

  • LONG DRIVE CONTEST
  • SIMULATOR
  • SKILLS COMPETITION
  • CLOSEST TO PIN

EVERY EVENT IS CUSTOM. WE WORK AROUND YOUR SPACE, YOUR GROUP, AND YOUR GOALS.

Ask us about add-ons and partner activations for any budget.

The Formats

PICK A SHAPE. WE'LL TUNE IT.

These are the structures we run most. Nearly every event ends up as a blend of two or three of them.

  • THE TOURNAMENT

    Competitive groups, 30–200 people

A full bracket with seeding, a live leaderboard, and a real final that draws a crowd. The format everyone understands the second they walk up.

    • Round-robin pools into a knockout bracket
    • Live scoring board that runs all day
    • Skill-balanced seeding so early rounds stay close
    • A trophy moment worth photographing
  • THE CLINIC

Mixed skill levels, first-timers, wellness programming

Real instruction from certified pros, broken into stations by ability. The format that converts people who swore they weren't athletic.

    • Grouped by skill so nobody's lost or bored
    • Fundamentals, drills, then live play
    • Runs in parallel with open play for people who'd rather just hit
    • Documented for HR and wellness-program records
  • THE LONG DRIVE CONTEST

Big crowds, activations, trade show floors

A World Long Drive Pro hitting a ball 400 yards is the single most reliable crowd-stopper we have. Then your people try, and the leaderboard does the rest.

    • Launch monitor with live ball-speed and distance
    • Rolling leaderboard people come back to defend
    • Pro demonstration sets on a schedule
    • Your branding on every screen
  • OPEN PLAY & DROP-IN

    All-day events, festivals, family days

No sign-up, no bracket, no commitment. People wander up, play for fifteen minutes, and wander off — which for a long event is exactly right.

    • Continuous rotation with a pro managing the queue
    • Works alongside a tournament running on another court
    • Ideal for events with staggered attendance
    • Equipment for every skill level and age
  • KING OF THE COURT

    High-energy groups, 20–80 people

Winner stays on. Fast, loud, and continuously competitive without the dead time a bracket creates. The one people ask for again.

    • Constant rotation — minimal standing around
    • Scales to any headcount by adding courts
    • Reads well on camera for social content
    • Pairs naturally with a clinic earlier in the day
  • THE BRANDED ACTIVATION

Trade shows, grand openings, sponsor moments

The whole setup wrapped in your identity — screens, leaderboard, signage, and the run-of-show built around your marketing goal instead of ours.

    • Custom branding across simulator screens and boards
    • Lead capture built into the play flow
    • Photo and video content package from the day
    • Scales from a 10x10 booth to a full parking lot
Customization

EVERY DIAL YOU CAN TURN.

This is the part most vendors keep vague. Here's the actual list of what we flex on a custom build.

  • The Sports

Run one, run both, or run them side by side so people can move between them. Most groups over 75 people do better with both.

    • Pickleball only — one to four courts
    • Golf simulator only — one or more bays
    • Both running simultaneously
    • Long drive setup outdoors where space allows
  • The Space

We're fully mobile and we've set up in some strange places. If there's flat ground and access to get gear in, it's probably workable.

    • Corporate campus, parking lot, or courtyard
    • Hotel ballroom, conference center, or expo hall
    • Warehouse, brewery, rooftop, or festival ground
    • Private property — yards, drives, and fields
  • The Duration

The run-of-show changes completely with length. A two-hour window wants a different structure than an all-day activation.

    • Two to three hours — one focused format
    • Half day — clinic into tournament
    • Full day — multiple formats with a final
    • Multi-day activations and recurring residencies
  • The Branding

How much of the setup carries your identity, and where it shows up in the photos people take.

    • Logo on simulator screens and the live leaderboard
    • Custom court-side signage and banners
    • Branded scorecards, prizes, and giveaways
    • Co-branded photo and video content from the day
  • The Add-Ons

The extras that turn a good activation into an event people plan their day around.

    • Additional pros on site for larger throughput
    • Trophies, prize packages, and awards moments
    • Photography and same-day social content
    • Lead capture and attendee data integration
    • A court donation made in your company's name
  • The Give-Back

Increasingly the reason companies book us. Attach a court sponsorship to your event and the day has a second story.

    • Sponsor a court in your company's name at the event
    • Announce the receiving organization on the day
    • Bring employees to the install as a volunteer day
    • Impact report you can put in front of a board
What Arrives

EVERYTHING. YOU BRING PEOPLE.

  • The Full Setup

Courts, nets, simulator, launch monitor, screens, scoring boards, and every piece of equipment — transported, built, and torn down by us.

  • Two Professional Athletes

A World Long Drive Pro and a certified pickleball professional, on site and actually running the event rather than posing for photos.

  • Equipment for Everyone

Professional-grade paddles, balls, and clubs in enough range of sizes and weights that nobody has to borrow or sit out.

  • The Run-of-Show

A written schedule built around your day, agreed before the event, so your planner knows exactly what happens and when.

  • On-Site Management

We manage the brackets, the queue, the scoring, and the energy. Nobody on your team has to hold a clipboard.

  • Full Insurance

General liability coverage and certificates issued to your venue or facilities team ahead of the date, handled without you chasing us.

Investment

WHAT ACTUALLY DRIVES THE NUMBER.

We quote every event individually because the variables genuinely move the price. Rather than hide behind 'contact us for pricing', here's what we're looking at when we build your quote.

  • Headcount

The single biggest driver. More people means more courts, more equipment, and more staff to keep wait times short enough that the event still feels good.

  • One Sport or Two

Adding the second sport roughly doubles the footprint and the crew. It's also what most groups over 75 people need to avoid queues.

  • Duration

A three-hour window and a full day are different builds, not the same build for longer. Longer events need more format variety to hold energy.

  • Location & Travel

Anywhere in the Triangle is straightforward. Charlotte, the coast, and out-of-state add travel and logistics to the number.

  • Branding & Production

Custom screen graphics, signage, trophies, and content capture are scoped separately because the range is so wide.

  • Venue Requirements

Indoor power, flooring protection, permitting, and load-in restrictions occasionally add cost. We flag these during the site walk, never after.

Use the builder below for an honest ballpark in about a minute. We'll follow up within 24 hours with a precise quote and a proposed run-of-show — and if we think a smaller format would serve you better, we'll say so.
